This incident is causing disruption in creating, updating, and deploying applications, although direct app usage is not affected. Similarly, developer console is impacted.

Our teams are actively working to restore full functionality. The current focus is on addressing a database connectivity issue that seems to be causing the errors. Investigation is ongoing, with efforts concentrated on isolating the root cause through various technical checks.
